- Contact a CND sales representative
- Discuss your clients needs and goals
- Have your investor-client sign a buyer broker agreement
- Review all purchase contracts and agreements
- All commissions are paid at successful close of escrow and disbursed to your Real Estate Broker
Please understand, CND's inventory is NOT listed on MLS and has a very different Escrow process:
- There is no inspection period
- All deals are sold in "as-is" condition
- Clients will have access to view the interior of the property prior to COE
- Clients COE period is within 10-30 days
- All deals must be closed using cash or hard money financing
