Steps for Agents to Follow to Protect Themselves

  1. Contact a CND sales representative
  2. Discuss your clients needs and goals
  3. Have your investor-client sign a buyer broker agreement
  4. Review all purchase contracts and agreements
  5. All commissions are paid at successful close of escrow and disbursed to your Real Estate Broker

Please understand, CND's inventory is NOT listed on MLS and has a very different Escrow process:

  • There is no inspection period
  • All deals are sold in "as-is" condition
  • Clients will have access to view the interior of the property prior to COE
  • Clients COE period is within 10-30 days
  • All deals must be closed using cash or hard money financing
